Before you begin
• The power cord retainer (C9K-CMPCT-PWR-CLP) is optional. You can order it when you order your
switch, or you can order it later from your Cisco representative.
Procedure
Step 1 Fix the power cord retainer strap to the switch using the M3 pan-head screw provided.
