Management Arms, on page 39.
Installing the Ground Bracket and Bottom Cable Management Arms
The cable management for the bottom set of PSUs installs on top of a ground bracket that provides earth
grounding for the chassis. The bottom cable management is installed indirectly, by attaching to the grounding
bracket. The grounding bracket, in is the part that installs onto the chassis for the bottom three PSUs.
In this topic, top and bottom refer to the location on the chassis. Cable management arms are interchangeable,
so there is no specific top and bottom cable arm.
Note
For the additional ground requirements, see Earth Ground Considerations, on page 21.
Attach the ground bracket and bottom cable management arms to the chassis.
a) Align the long side of the ground bracket with the threaded standoff on the chassis.
The earth ground symbol on the side of the chassis indicates the correct location for attaching the ground
bracket.
Note
b) Align the captive screws in the cable management sheetmetal with the threaded standoffs on the chassis.
