Cruise control

Displays in the instrument panel
The operation of the cruise control can be
interrupted(pause):
- bypressingcontrol4orbypressingthe
brakeorclutchpedal,
- automatically,ifoperationofthedynamic
stabilitycontrolsystemistriggered.
Switchingofftheignitioncancelsany
programmedspeedsetting.
The cruise control is switched on
manually.
Itrequiresaminimumvehiclespeedof
25mph(40km/h)aswellas:
- withamanualgearbox,the
engagementoffourthgearor
higher,
- withanautomaticgearbox,thegear
selector at position D or second
gearorhigherinmanualmode.
Systemwhichautomaticallymaintainsthecruisingspeedofthevehicleatasettingprogrammedby
thedriver,withoutanyactionontheacceleratorpedal.
Thecruisecontrolsystemisadrivingaid
thatcannot,inanycircumstances,replace
theneedtoobservespeedlimits,northe
needforvigilanceonthepartofthedriver.
Asasafetymeasure,youareadvised
tokeepyourfeetnearthepedalsatall
times.
