stableandnon-slipperyground.
Applytheparkingbrakeunlessithas
beenprogrammedtoautomaticmode,
switchofftheignitionandengagefirst
gear*tolockthewheels.
Checkthatthebrakingwarninglamps
intheinstrumentpanelareon(not
flashing).
Theoccupantsmustgetoutofthe
vehicleandwaitwheretheyaresafe.
Ifnecessary,placeachockunderthe
wheeldiagonallyoppositethewheelto
bechanged.
Nevergounderneathavehicleraised
usingajack;useanaxlestand.
F Removetheboltcoverfromeachof
theboltsusingthetool3(accordingto
equipment).
F Fitthesecuritysocket4 on the
wheelbrace 1toslackenthesecuritybolt.
F Slackentheotherboltsusingthe
wheelbrace 1only.
