Define module inputs and outputs:
• remote On/Off input allows the remote activation of
ELFOSystem;
• auxiliary heater alarm input allows obtaining the auxiliary
heater alarm.
Configure the outputs to control the following functions:
• activation of the circulator: it activates when the hydraulic
circuit combined with the circulator is requested;
• area valve control: it activates when the hydraulic circuit
combined with area valve is requested;
• seasonal control: it closes the system when it is in heating
mode, whilst, when in cooling mode, it opens it. If the system is
provided with a Chiller combined with a boiler, it can be used
to drive the shut-off valves of the hydraulic circuit;
• auxiliary resource control in heating mode: it activates
when the system is in heating mode and any area is
requested.
In case only one boiler not combined with a heat pump is used.
Cooling only unit
In case the boiler is used combined with a unit for the
production of cooling energy only, the module must switch the
circuits, depending on the operation mode of the system in
heating or cooling mode.
• secondary pump control: it activates when any area is
requested.
