You can enter the SIM PIN
for the cellular modem from
the web interface.
10118 PUK for cellular
modem required
The SIM card for your cellular
connection requires a PUK
code, because too many
wrong PINs were entered.
Enter the PUK for the cellular
SIM card in the web
interface.
1011B Cellular modem SIM
card error
There is an error with the SIM
card in the cellular modem
Check that you have inserted
the correct SIM card, and
that it is inserted properly.
1011C Cellular modem
error
There is an error with the
cellular modem.
The text in the web interface
will normally show more
details on the type of error,
e.g. unknown APN.
Check that the APN for the
cellular connection is set up
correctly. You can set up the
APN in the web interface: In
the Dashboard click in the
right side of the tile with the
Cellular Modem.
1011D Cellular modem not
supported
The connected cellular
modem is not supported by
the terminal.
Connect a cellular modem
that is supported.
10203 USB power limited
to 0.5A due to high
temperature
The current is limited to 0.5 A
in the USB interface, even if it
is set to 1.0 A in the web
interface, because the
temperature is too high.
If 0.5 A is not enough for the
device connected to the
USB interface, move the
terminal to a cooler location.
10204 Standard data speed
limited due to high
temperature
The bit rate of the data
channel is reduced because
the temperature is too high.
All Streaming contexts are
closed.
Move the terminal to a
cooler location.
10205 Closing all
connections due to
high temperature
All data connections,
background and streaming
are closed.
Move the terminal to a
cooler location.
