When printing from a Macintosh application, the Horizon-specific
PostScript print parameters are available from:
 For OS X, the 3ULQWHU)HDWXUHV panel in the Print dialog box.
Note that you may have to click an $GYDQFHG button on the
Print dialog box to access the 3ULQWHU)HDWXUHV panel. Different
groups of parameters are displayed, depending on what is
selected in the )HDWXUH6HWV pop-up menu.
