Preparing the Mounting Brackets
and Slide Rail Assemblies
Each pair of mounting brackets, with attached slide rail assemblies, supports
one rack-mountable server.

Each slide rail assembly consists of an outer bracket rail and an inner
component rail (see Figure 3-3). These pieces can be separated; the bracket rails
attach to the rack mounting brackets (shown in Figure 3-2), and the component
rails attach to the sides of the server chassis.
