Hitchingthemachinetothetractor.
This verydelicateanddangerousoperation mustbeperformedby authorised operatorsinperfectmentaland physical
condition, trained by authorised training centres inaccordance with occupational healthandsafetyrequirementsinforceand
authorised for the operation of dangerous equipment. The risk of collision, trapping or crushing is very high. Consequently,
operatorscanonlyremaininthespacebetweenthetractorandthemachineifthehandbrakeisengaged.

Damagetothemachine.
The operator isresponsiblefor ensuringthemaintenance andreliabilityofthemachine.Theoperatorisalsoliableif failingto
ensure repairs,andfordamage,defectsor wear ofpartsthatmay affect the safetyofoperators, the public, the en vironment
andthemachine.

Damage,repairsand spareparts.
Operationsinvolvingmaintenance, repairs, replacementofworn ordamagedpartsmustonlybeperformedbysuitably
trained, qualified and authorised maintenance technicians as provided by authorised training centres, in accordance with the
requirements in force on occupational health and safety and the use of dangerous equipment. No type of welding, drilling,
cutting or grinding operations must be carried out.For special maintenance,contact the m anufacturer or your local dealer.

Mobilephones.
Theuseofmobilephonesmaycauseanyelectronicdevicesonthetractortomalfunction;thismayalsocausedistraction
andaccidents,aswellasfiresandexplosionswhenloadingtheproductstobespread.

Hydraulicpressure.
Pressurised oil may easily penetrate garments and the epidermis,and may cause serious inj uries.Never attempt to identify
leaksinthehydraulicsystem,evenonthetractor,orstopleakswithafinger.

Hydraulicsystemmaintenance.
Maintenance is reserved for specialist maintenance technicians, including the control and tractor hitching devices.

Towedloads.
Peopleandtowedloadscanno tbetransportedonthemachine.Onlytransporttheproductstobespreadinlooseform.
Theheapoftheproducttobespreadmustneverexceedthelineofthehighsides.

Adverseweather.
Neveroperatethemachineinadverseweatherconditions,includingpoorvisibilityand rain.Dangeroflightning,slipping,
fallingfromaheightandchemicalreactionswiththeproducttobespread.Alwaysoperateinconditionswithexcellent
visibilityandnaturalsunlight.

Solidityoftheground.
Only drive the machine over even and solid ground of known cap acity.The machine loaded with the product to be spread
mustonlytravel outdoors,onsolidground andataduedistance fromanyditchesor slopes.Themachine must not be
driven over or parked on surfaces that cannot support the distribution of the loads, such as: underground tanks, manholes,
electricity,waterandgaslines,sandyormuddysoil.

Tractordifferentiallock.
Whenthe machine is attached,the tractor’s differential lock must be usedvery carefully,at very low speed and when
travellingonslipperyground.

Tractorballast.
When driving,at least 20% of the tractor’s gross weight must be on the front axle.Sufficient ballast must be used,loaded on
the tractor only, so as toprevent dangerous situationsthat may significantly reducethe ability to steer the tractor,especially
whendrivingandoperatingthemachineloadedwithproductstobespread.
