Details of commands
1) Control commands
STT command is effective only during rest stage in measurement mode for remote operation.
STP and CHS is effective only in measurement mode for remote operation
Response data: ACK or Error

3) Writing commands
Following commands are effective only during rest stage in measurement mode for remote
operation.
Transmitted data: ACK or error response
• WCHN: Channel switching
Ch10 to Ch15 are ChA to ChF.
Checksum G 2 digit integer
00 FF
Data from “#” to “:” is summed up
and its two’s complement is taken.
“_” represents space (20H).
Curtailed command is effective in the current channel.
Writing “WCHN_05” switches the channel to “5.” Writing “WCHN_10”
switches the channel to “A.”
The tester transmits error if ch# larger than 16 is received.
The channel # for the transmitted data for RTO is always “00” because
RTO cannot be programmed independently for each channel.
