5. Getting started
Due to the technical character of this work, the mowing machine preparation process is done by the vendor,
according to the manufacturer instructions.
5.1 BY-PASS
Make sure that the by-pass lever 6.1.10 is in the "1" position. That means that the rear wheel drive is switched on.
If the lever is in the "0" position, the rear wheel drive is off.
5.2 ENGINE OIL LEVEL INSPECTION
Observe the instructions included in the engine user's manual.
5.3 BATTERY INSPECTION
Observe the instructions included in the battery user's manual.
5.4 FILLING YOUR TANK WITH GASOLINE
Due to safety reasons, the machine is shipped with empty fuel tank.
Fill the tank only when the engine is cold and off.
Use only gasoline as specified in chapter 3. TECHNICAL
PARAMETERS. Use only lead-free gasoline NATURAL 95.
The engine is located at the rear of the machine and may be
accessed after you lift the hood.
Open the fuel tank lid slowly. Pressure inside the tank
may cause sudden release of vapours.
Use suitable container with funnel when refilling gasoline. Do not overfill the tank.
When you finish, clean the lid and the intake surrounding with a cloth. Also clean the entire tank. Dirt in the fuel
may cause breakdown.
Do not eat, drink or use open fire when handling gasoline.
5.5 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OIL LEVEL CHECK UP (model AC 92-23 4x4)
Your machine is delivered with fully operational and fully bled hydraulic system and with equalizing container filled
with the correct amount of oil. The oil level may go down during transport.
- make sure that the oil level is between the two markings on the lid dipstick and refill if needed.
When you finish, clean the lid and the intake surrounding with a cloth. Clean the entire tank as well because dirt in
the oil lowers the oil filter life or it may cause breakdowns.
The system is thoroughly bled during the first hours of operation. We recommend to let you machine work with
low load for about 1 - 2 hours.
5.6 INSPECTION OF THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR LEAKAGE
Visually inspect the hydraulic system for leakage. Pay special attention to locations where pipes and armatures
are connected. If you discover leakage contact the service centre.
