6. CONTROLLING YOUR MACHINE
6.1 DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS OF CONTROL ELEMENTS
6.1.1 MOWING DEVICE SWITCH
The electromagnetic clutch switch is secured in the
OFF position to prevent unwanted starts. To switch it on
you must pull the flip switch and move it to the ON position.

6.1.2 IGNITION BOX
The ignition key has three positions: OFF - ignition switched off
ON - ignition switched on
START - engine start
6.1.3 GAS LEVER
Adjusts the engine rpms. The lever has the following positions:
Low revolutions Idle run
High revolutions maximum revolutions
6.1.4 CHOKE
To start cold engine easier, pull the choke lever up.
6.1.5 TRAVEL CONTROL LEVER
Controls the rear wheel drive power and the machine speed in
both directions.
Forward driving:Slowly move the lever to the "F" direction. The
more forward you move the lever the faster the
machine will go and vice versa.
Reverse driving:Slowly move the lever to the "R" direction. The
more backward you move the lever the faster the
machine will go and vice versa.
If the lever is in the "N" position, the machine stops.
Caution !!!
You may change the driving direction from reverse to forward driving and vice versa only if the
machine is stopped.
If you press the break pedal, the travel control lever automaticaly moves to the "N" position.
6.1.6 HEADLIGHT SWITCH
The headlight located on the front of the hood is equipped with
20 W light bulb and may be switched on by the
switch on the steering wheel.
Model AC 92-23 4x4 is equipped with two headlights.
