TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Defective control board.
Replace the control board.
Refer to Section (5-11.)
Unit tilted.
Place the unit on a level
surface.
Temp >1˚C over set
point.
Check pad connections.
Wait a few minutes for
water temp to decrease.
Water level sensor fault.
Turn OFF unit and make
repairs based on the
display message. Refer to
Section (3-5).
Power failure.
Restore power to the unit.
J. Ground continuity
exceeds 0.2 ohm.
Loose or disconnected
ground (green) wire(s).
Tighten or reconnect
ground wires.
Defective connector on
ground wire.
Replace defective
connector.
Defective power cord.
Replace power cord.
K. Leakage current
exceeds 300
microamperes
(100V/115V), or
exceeds 500
microamperes
(230V).
Defective power supply.
Replace power supply.
