1st FTP password-
Specify the password to access the external FTP
server (e.g. 12345).
1st FTP remote folder-
Specify the destination folder in the external FTP
server (e.g. snapshot).
Primary FTP passive
mode-
Passive mode will allow access to an external
FTP server if your camera is behind a router
protected by a firewall.
2nd FTP server-
Specify the Domain name or IP address of your
second external FTP server. This field is optional
if you have already filled in the information for the
first FTP server.
2nd FTP user name-
Specify the user name to access your backup
FTP server.
2nd FTP password-
Specify the user password to your backup FTP
server.
2nd FTP remote folder-
Specify the destination folder on your external
backup FTP server.
For detailed information about each setting, please refer to Configuration >
Advanced > Network in the section titled “Using the DCS-2000 With an Internet
Browser” (page 33). Click the apply button when finished.
Secondary FTP passive
mode-
Passive mode will allow access to a second
external FTP server if your camera is behind a
router protected by a firewall.

Specify the user name to access the external FTP
server (e.g. John Smith).
