PERIODICAL REPLACMENT
OF ROLLER SEALS
CHECKING THE PIPES OR
HOSES
(1) Rear Wheel Seal (5) Starting Roller Seal
(2) Front Wheel Seal (6) Shaft Seal
(3) Connecting Roller Seal
(4) Crawler
1. Replace the connecting seals of
the roller shaft every 500 work-
ing hours or 2 years.
2. Changing parts
 

Trailing roller seal

Starting roller seal
The fuel hose, radiator hose and
other rubber parts deteriorate as
time goes on. They must be re
-
placed with new ones every two
years or 500 working hours (in-
cluding connecting clips or other
oil hose) or whenever they are
damaged.
Routinely inspect hoses, pipes
and connecting clips for any dam-
age.
1. If the fuel hose is damaged,
fuel will leak. Replace the

hazard.
2. If the radiator hose becomes
disconnected while the en-
gine is running, hot steam
or scalding liquids released
from a hot cooling system
can burn you seriously.

3. When replacing the fuel filter,
insertasealingbetweenthelter
andthelterunit.Then,turnthe
lter2/3ofaturn.
4. Lose the air plug.
5. After replacement, check to see
if there is any leakage.
