1. When assembling the filter
unit, keep dust or other for-
eign objects away from the
unit.
2. Refuel the fuel tank before it
becomes empty.

REPLACING THE SLOW BLOW
FUSE
The slow blow fuse is to protect
electric wiring. Do not let the fuse
contact other parts. If the fuse
blows, find out the cause. Never
use any similar fuses to replace it.
Always use the genuine fuse.

CAUTIONS IN OPERATING THE
FUEL FILTER
1. When the warning lamp comes
on the instrument panel, remove
the sensor to drain water.
2. After removing the water, con-
nect the sensor again to the fuel
lterunitwithonlyhands.Donot
use any tool to connect it. Push
the priming pump to remove any
air in the fuel line.
