Front Wheel/Front Fork/Steering
● Align the wheel hub tangs with the slots of the
speedometer gear retainer, and assemble.
● Apply grease to the dust seal rim.
● Install the dust seal, and align the tangs of the
speedometer gear retainer with the gear groove to
assemble the speedometer gear box.
Installation
● Insert the front wheel between the front forks.
● Insert the disc, taking precautions not to damage
the pad, and assemble the wheel.
● Align the slots of the speedometer gear with the
tangs of the left fork slider.
● Insert the front axle into the speedometer gear
box and the wheel hub.
● Install the axle nut.
● Assemble the speedometer cable, and tighten with
screws.
● Place the front wheel on the ground, and tighten
the axle nut to the prescribed torque.
Torque value: 5.0-70kg-m(50.70N.m, 36-50ft-lb)
