Rear Cushion
Removal
- Remove the body cover( 4-6)
- Remove the luggage box ( 4-5)
● Loosen the top and bottom rear cushion setting
bolts.
NOTE
Disassembly
● Install the compressor attachment as shown in
the figure.
● Install the cushion on the cushion compressor,
and compress the spring.

Rear compressor
● Fix the bottom metal, and loosen the lock nut.
● Remove the bottom metal.
● Remove the lock nut, bottom metal, stopper
rubber, spring, and spring guide from the damper
component.
Inspection
● Measure the rear cushion spring free length.
● Check the damper rod for deflection or damage.
Service limit: 238mm(9.36in)
