Lubrication
● Remove the oil pump.
● Clean the oil pump body, inner and outer rotors
with fresh cleaning oil.
● Measure the rotor tip clearance.
Service limit: 0.18mm (0.007in)
Inspection
● Assemble the inner and outer rotors to the oil
pump
● Measure the pump body clearance.
Service limit: 0.23mm (0.009in)
● Measure the pump side clearance.
Service limit: 0.12mm (0.005in)
