4.5 Transmission Error between Indoor Unit and Remote Control (U5)
Error code U5
LED indication The table below shows the LED indication.
Error generation The error is generated when the microprocessor detects that the transmission between the indoor unit
and the remote control is not normal over a certain amount of time.
Causes The possible causes are:
■ Malfunctioning remote control
■ Malfunctioning indoor PCB
■ Outside cause (noise...)
■ Connection of two master remote controls (when using two remote controls).
Troubleshooting To troubleshoot, proceed as follows:
