3.3.1 Gas Line Connection
The raw gases collected from the fermentation of beer has a high concentration of carbon
dioxide.
To avoid the risk of suffocation and damage to health, follow the instruction listed in section 1.4
important safety instruction.
The collected foam may contain some sticky particles, which may affect the performance of
check valves and the flow of fluids passage.

Recovery Unit from Dalum Beverage Equipment comes with two options. Foam detector
and single foam trap or double foam detector connected in series.
