CO2-Recovery Plant 31 EN/2020
4.1 The different states that the Unit can enter
Both the Unit State and Alarm Panel will be shown on all pages (We apologize for the low
picture quality).
4.1.1 Running
This state is when the Unit is in operation. On the main
screen you can see the Unit’s production, the Unit’s State,
and the Alarm Panel. For more information you can
navigate to Production History or the Mimic Diagram.
The Unit can continue operation with a warning, but it will
stop if an alarm becomes active. In some cases, it will go
to HOLDING waiting for the appropriate conditions to enter
RUNNING again.
4.1.2 Stopped
This state is when the Unit is ready for RUNNING but has
not yet been started or has it been stopped by the button
on the PLC.
4.1.3 Holding
This state is when the Unit is waiting for parameters to get
the correct values to continue operation, or the Standby
button has been pressed. In this state the gearmotor and
compressor will not be running. This state is to be used for
depressurizing the system.
4.1.4 Aborted
This state is when a serious fault has occurred, this state
turns of the high voltage. The self-diagnosing system has
stopped the Unit to secure no damage to the Unit, the
users, or its environment.
