1 Warning
03PT60 -
CO2
Pressure
below 0.2 bar
Activated when the
inlet pressure is below
0,15 bar for 30 sec.
Self-resets when the
inlet pressure exceeds
0,25 bar.
This warning comes typically at the
end of fermentation when the gas
flow cease. However, could occur if
there is a constraint in the feed gas.
5 Alarm
Compressor
Fault
Compressor Motor
Current exceeds limit,
due to high load e.g.,
pressure or blockage.
Force compressor ON to check for
mechanical blockage or water in
compressor. Drain condensate
separators to check for water in
compressor. Restart to check for
abnormal pressure at any stage.
Follow the daily check list and trouble
shooting guide if pressures abnormal.

05TE40,
Temperature
too High
Temperature of
Dehydrator 502
exceeds 300 C for 5
minutes, caused by
abnormal heating or
sensor system failure.
Check history to see if 502
temperatures rose constant or is the
502-temperature sensor signal
unstable, then Sensor or PLC failure.
Check if heat is constantly on, then
the PLC heating element relay is
defect.
