Check if the manual valves in
compressor cooling loop are both
open.
Force the Compressor Cooling valve
01VA44 ON and OFF and listen if it
Clicks and if the red LED goes on/off.
If not, the solenoid is defect or signal
is missing. NB 240 Volts!
In RUN check if the compressor
temperature drops when forcing the
compressor cooling valve 01VA44
open with the 06VA42 open. If not
close manual glycol valves and check
the valve seat for debris and replace
plunger if needed.
Check for air bubbles in the cooling
loop, it could prevent the pump from
working.
Check if the delta pressure on Glycol
is minimum 1,5 bars.
Check if the glycol in the compressor
cooling lop is moving with the
compressor cooling pump forced ON.
Its possible to feel the pump vibrating
if running. If pump not running shut off
glycol and remove the pump-motor by
losing the collar nut on the pump.
Check if the pump is running when
removed from the housing. If still not
running and power supply is OK
replace the pump. The check if
cooling circuit is blocked by deposits
or scale.
