CO2-Recovery Plant 46 EN/2020
caused by a defect
temperature
transmitter, analogue
card in PLC or a frozen
relay for the heating
element 05TE41.
If history shows a sudden jump in
temperature, it’s a sensor or PLC
issue.
If a spare temperature transmitter is
on site, it’s possibly to connect it to
the terminal and check if it solves the
problem.
02LT60 High
Foam in
Foam Trap
If foam is detected by
02LT60 in the foam
trap the machine will
go in Held with warning
until the sensor goes
low. On foam traps
with spray ball the
spray water valve will
open until the sensor
goes low or max X
minutes.
No action needed unless the sensor
stays high after the foam has been
flushed out.
The sensor might need calibration.
If the issue continues to exist, empty
foam trap before continuing the CO
2
recovery.
Feed gas O
2
% above
0,6% for 30 seconds
by oxygen sensor
03AT60. Keeps the
machine in Held and
resets when value is
below 0,5% or STOP.
When the alarm is
active the scrubber
drain valve is open to
ensure flow over the
oxygen sensor.
No action needed unless value stays
high while a low measured O2 values
by handheld oxygen sensor is found.
Calibrate Oxygen sensor or replace
sensor head and calibrate.
If the sensor is wet, replace sensor.
The CO2 storage tank
is 95% full for 10
minutes and the
machine is set in Held.
The machine resets
automatically when the
tank level drops below
95%.
No action needed unless the tank is
not full or more than 95% full, in this
case contact DALUM for tank
calibration.

Thermistor on
Motor (Motor
over heated)
If the motor Thermistor
engage, the
Compressor motor is
too hot, and the
machine will stop with
Alarm. Not all motors
have a Thermistor.
Check if the compressor motor is hot
or if it’s caused by connectivity issue.
Check the history to check if the
current has been out of range on the
compressor VFD. In history check
condenses pressure.
