CO2-Recovery Plant 48 EN/2020
Check the wiring diagram. NOTE 240
Volts!
Replace the relay module or the
heating element if needed.
Dehydrator 502 did not
reach 260 C during the
heating process. Could
be caused by
numerous stops and
start during the heating
cycle or a defect
heating element
05TE40 or PLC relay.
Check the history for starts and stops
and if it’s the reason try rest and call
DALUM if dew point goes high in next
cycle.
If the dehydrator was not warming up
during the heating cycle, force on the
heating element and check if there is
power on the relay terminal once the
Heating element 501 is forced on.
Check the wiring diagram. NOTE 240
Volts!
Replace the relay module or the
heating element if needed.
03PT60
Pressure
below 0,25
bars for more
than (4) hours
The inlet pressure has
been below 0,25 bars
for more than 24
hours. The
fermentation tank
pressure is too low,
and the machine goes
in STOP
Are the valves open to the fermenters
where CO2 recovered.
The fermentation tank pressure is too
low, and the machine goes in STOP.
03PT60 Inlet
Pressure
above 0.5 Bar
The inlet pressure
exceeds 0,5 bars and
the machine goes in
held until the inlet
pressure reach 0,45
bars or similar.
Scrubber Drain valve
opens.
The PRV valve upstream from the
machine should open at 0,4 bars, if
possible, adjust the valve to 0,4 bars.
The CO2 compressor is designed to
run maximum 0,4 bars inlet pressure.
01LT60
Warning High
Level Filter
If carry over water from
the scrubber reaches
the sensor 01LT60 in
the filter house after
the scrubber, the
machine will go in held
and the filter drain
valve 01VA41 open.
When the sensor goes
low the machine will
resume.
No action needed unless the machine
stays in Held.
Check the drain function and the
sensor.
