Removing NVDIMM-N battery from the bracket
Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in Safety instructions on page 71.
2. Follow the procedure listed in Before working inside your system on page 72.
CAUTION:
NVDIMM-N battery is not hot swappable. To prevent data loss and potential damage to your system, ensure
that your system, LEDs on system, LEDs on NVDIMM-N and LEDs on NVDIMM-N battery are turned off before removing
the NVDIMM-N battery.
CAUTION: To avoid damage to the battery connector, you must firmly support the connector while installing or
removing a battery.
Steps
Press the release tab and slide out the NVDIMM-N battery to disengage the tab on the battery from the slot on the bracket.
