38 | Removing the Power-Button Board
Procedure
1 Lift the connector latch and disconnect the power-button board cable from the
connector on the status-light board.
2 Make a note of the power-button board cable routing and peel off the power-button
board cable from the keyboard bracket.
3 Remove the screws that secure the power-button board to the palm-rest assembly.
4 Lift the power-button board along with its cable off the palm-rest assembly.
