Authenticating with the management server
To access the CLI, you must first log in, using a terminal application. Once logged in,
you can set the user authentication method.
If the CLI and the AMS do not reside on the same server, add the --mdm_ip
parameter, the IP address of the AMS server, to all CLI commands. For example:
scli --mdm_ip 10.10.10.3 --login --username admin
You will be prompted to enter the password.
For AMS login, the password is created during the installation of the AMS.
