Chrome OS Pre-Boot Diagnostics
Latitude 3445 Chromebook supports a pre-boot diagnostic feature that enables you to test the memory and/or storage of the
Chromebook if it fails to boot into the operating system. To run the diagnostics:
1. Disconnect any devices, such as USB storage devices, from the computer.
2. Press and hold <Esc> + <Refresh> + <Power>.
3. Release the button when a message appears on the screen.
4. In the recovery screen that appears select Launch diagnostics.
5. In the Diagnostic tools screen select the component you want to check:
