11. Remove the processor from the system.
Installing The Heat Sink
1. Insert the processor back into the system.
2. Rotate the processor cam lock in a clockwise direction.
3. Place the heat sink assembly into the system.
4. Tighten the four screws securing the heat sink.
5. Connect the heat sink assembly cable.
6. Install the
Base Cover .
7. Install the Secure Digital (SD) Card .
8. Install the Battery .
9. Install the ATG Port Cover (only for E6420 ATG systems).
10. Install the ATG Handle (only for E6420 ATG systems).
11. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer .
