3 Peel o the tape and remove the touch-screen cable from the routing guides on
the fan.

4 Turn the computer over and open the display at an angle of 90 degrees.
5 Rotate the computer and place it on the edge of the table in a position that
allows access to the screws on the display hinges.
6 Remove the six screws (M2.5x5) that secure the display hinges to the palm-rest
assembly.
