If the command of expression is true, then it will go to LABEL identifier and perform
the program (for PLC register).

expression.
Example
If 1@M0 is ON, it will go to LABEL 1 and perform the program.
Equation
IF expression THEN CALL sub-macro
Explanation
If the command of expression is true, then it will call sub-macro and perform the
program.
