8-2-1 Flexible Management Functions of UPSentry Smart 2000
“UPSentry Smart 2000” provides the following powerful
management functions for administrator of data center, MIS and
IDC.
1. Real-Time Monitoring, Record and Analysis
Real-Time meters: Provides 4 (single phase) or 12 (3 phases)
meters displaying actual values of power. Each meter is can be
defined by the user to show different power information
(voltage, current, frequency…etc.) or UPS real-time status.
Power Events: Records occurance of power events (such
as blackout, power recover and bypass…etc.) for future
problem tracking. You can print out all the records.
Historical Data: Records (by graphic) the input/output
voltage/frequency, loading, battery volts, UPS model and
fault …etc.
Block diagram and status: Displays the UPS status in
graphical format, such as input/output voltage/frequency,
battery volts and backup time.
2. Power Event Management
“UPSentry Smart 2000” provides various flexible tools to manage
different power events or UPS status (Blackout, recover, battery low,
overload, fault and battery test… etc.).
Administrator can formulate the required contingency plans in advance to handle all kinds of
threats from power events.
UPSentry Smart 2000 provides flexible protection actions:
Gracefully shutdown PC/Server
Event log
Network broadcast
Auto paging
Email
SMS (short message)
Audible alarm
Execute external commands
Moreover, the “delay” setting can avoid the temporary
interference frequently occured. For the areas with a
problem of unstable power quality, the administrator
will be informed only when true power events occur.
