5.5.1 Flowchart of Tuning Procedure
If the estimation of inertia ratio is
incorrect, it cannot obtain the best
performance of tuning.
Resonance can be suppressed
by P2-23 and P2-24.

Trial run without load
is OK.
Exit the control of the host controller.
Use the servo drive to perform trial
run and estimate the inertia ratio*
Manual mode Semi-auto mode Auto mode
Connect to the host controller. Pay
attention to the wiring of CN1. Perform
trial run by P4-07 and P4-09.
Use the selected gain tuning mode
to enhance the performance.
