Control panel
The control panel [16] contains the main On/Off switch [1] for the
SM-200 TE grinding and honing machine and one On/Off switch
each for the cooling water [3] and the abrasives [2], the grinding
wheel, wet grinding belt and polishing wheel.
Foot pedal
Adjust the grinding angle with the foot pedal [14]. The motor moves
the grinding angle device [18] vertically to do this. This changes
the setting angle of the knife on the grinding wheel. The left-hand
switch moves the grinding arm downwards and the right-hand
switch moves it upwards. The scale head [19] shows the current
grinding angle.
