1 Loosen the screw [2].
2 Loosen the screw [4].
3 Rotate the clamping lever [1] on the universal mounting head
so that the groove [3] points to the front.
4 Clamp and fasten the universal mounting head in this position
with the screw [4].
Knives with a round cutting edge
The rotary function of the universal grinding arm is released and
the sliding function is blocked for grinding a knife with a radial
(round) cutting edge.
