TIPS
Two lists on the same TV cannot have the same name. For example, TV1 cannot
have two lists named “Dad’s List.” However, when the receiver is in Dual Mode, TV1
and TV2 can have lists with the same names.
While in the program guide, press the GUIDE button to switch Favorites List functions
only if you have added channels to a Favorites List. If you have not created a
Favorites List by adding channels to it, then pressing GUIDE scans only the default All
Channels, My Channels, and My HD Channels lists.
When you set the receiver to Single Mode, the Favorites Lists for TV2 are not
available. However, any lists you have created for TV2 are not lost; when you set the
receiver to Dual Mode, the Favorites Lists for TV2 are available again.
Channels locked and hidden by parental controls do not display in Favorites Lists.
QUESTIONS
Why are channels missing from the Program Guide?
You might have a Favorites List that does not contain those channels. Press
the GUIDE button until the All Channels, My Channels, and My HD Channels
list displays.
You might have channels locked or hidden by parental controls. For more
information, see Locks starting on page 43.
Why are TV2’s Favorites Lists missing? When the receiver is in Single Mode, TV2’s
Favorites Lists are not available.
