10. Reinstall the Chemlogic Cassette and close the gate.
11. Press the verify optics button on the load tape screen.
Pump Replacement:
To replace a CL96 pump the following tools will be needed:
1. # 10 nut driver
To replace a CL96 Pump, follow these steps and use the image below for assistance:
1. Slide the pump plate out
2. Carefully Disconnect the (2) pin power connector
3. Remove the pump inlet and exhaust tubing.
4. Remove the (4) nuts holding the pump plate down.
5. Lift the pump out of the CL96
6. Put the new pump in place of the old pump
7. Install the (4) # 10 nuts and tighten
8. Fully insert the inlet and exhaust tubing
9. Reconnect the (2) pin power connector.
