Skipping tracks
I
➤ Press the button to skip a title or a track.
Fast search forwards/backwards
➤ During playback, press the repeatedly for more than two seconds in
order to search forwards or backwards at 2, 4, 8, or 20 times the normal speed.
✓ The sound is muted during the searching.
➤ Press the button during the searching to continue playing from the most recent
point.
Playing back tracks in a random order
➤ Press the RANDOM button during the playback.
✓ The tracks will be played in a random order. appears on the display.
➤ Press the RANDOM button again to continue the playback in the normal order.
Replaying tracks
➤ Press REPEAT during playback until the desired repeat function is selected
(repeat a single track, repeat all tracks).
✓ The track will be replayed. The following message will appear in the display:
– for CDs/VCDs: REP 1 – REP ALL – OFF
– for DVDs: CHAPTER – TITLE – REP ALL – OFF
– for files: REP DIR – REP ALL – OFF
➤ Press REPEAT during playback until you have stopped the repeat playback
(OFF).
NOTE
You can use the numbers 0 - 9 and 10+ on the remote control to select
the desired title or chapter number.
