CAUTION: VLLD should ALWAYS be installed in a containment
area and NEVER in a dirt sump.
1. Remove all pressure from the product piping.
2. Remove the current leak detector from the leak detector
port.
CAUTION: Be sure to prevent any debris or scaling from entering the
system through the leak detector opening.
3. Use the fuel-absorbent cloths to soak up fuel within the
work area and to dry pipe threads in the leak detector
opening.
4. Use an emery cloth to remove any burrs in the packer of
the VLLD sensor seat.
