4.6 Conveyor Air Motor Lubricator
The conveyor air motor has a separate water separator/
lubricator assembly (as shown at right) which is mounted
on the left end of the machine just above the system air
pressure gauge and behind the air pressure lockout valve.
The same procedures and warnings described for the
main lubricator apply to the conveyor air motor lubricator.
The conveyor air motor lubricator uses SAE #10
pneumatic lubrication oil with a drop rate of one (1) drop
for every 15-20 cycles.
4.7 Voider Rotary Actuator Lubricator
A separate lubricator (shown below) is also provided for the voider
rotary actuator. The lubricator is mounted below and to the right of the
voider assembly. The same procedures and warnings described for the
main lubricator apply to the voider rotary actuator lubricator. The voider
rotary actuator lubricator uses SAE #10 pneumatic lubrication oil with a
drop rate of one (1) drop for every 10 cycles.
