Check vaporizer and fresh-
gas settings.

gas concentration is below
the lower alarm limit.
Check vaporizer and fresh-
gas settings.
Refill the vaporizer.
Check the breathing system
for high leakage.
The soda lime has dried out. Replace the soda lime.
