bly high
The O2 sensor calibration is
invalid.
Use substitute O2 monitoring.
When the case has been
completed, perform a sys-
tem test.

2 cylinder almost empty The cylinder is almost empty. Replace the cylinder. Use the
central supply.
!!! 210 O
2 cylinder empty The cylinder is empty or
closed.
Replace the cylinder. Use the
central supply.
Use "ALARM RESET" to
downgrade alarm priority.
! 255 O
2 cylinder empty The cylinder is empty or
closed.
Replace the cylinder. Use the
central supply.
! 190 O
2 cylinder sensor? Cylinder pressure sensor is
not connected.
Check if cylinder pressure
sensor is connected.
Use "ALARM RESET" to
reset alarm.
!! 150 O
2 FG flow measurement
failed
The measurement system for
the O
2 fresh-gas flow has
failed.
Only use O
2 as fresh gas.
Use the total flow tube to
check the fresh-gas flow.
Adjust the fresh-gas flow so
that it equals or exceeds the
minute volume.

2 measurement not
available
The ambient air used for cali-
brating the sensor was
impure.
Position the device in an
environment with clean ambi-
ent air.
Wait for the automatic cali-
bration.
There is electromagnetic
interference.
Check for electromagnetic
radiation in the vicinity.
Ambient temperature is too
high.
Check ambient conditions.
Use "ALARM RESET" to
downgrade alarm priority.

2 measurement tempo-
rarily inaccurate
The sensor has not yet
warmed up.
Wait for the automatic cali-
bration.
