Connecting the power supply
External power supply
To recharge the battery and to extend the operating
time, use one of the following:
– DC/DC converter, or
– AC/DC power pack.
For more information, refer to page 146.
Always position the device so that the external
power connector can be easily disconnected from
the ventilator.
WARNING
A fully charged battery must always be
installed for safety reasons, even when
operating from an external power supply.
WARNING
Risk of patient injury
Without a charged battery installed,
ventilation will be interrupted in case of an
external power supply failure.
Having a fully charged spare battery available
when using Oxylog 3000 plus is
recommended.
