Notes
When refitting the fairings, make sure that the front
locating lug (5) becomes correctly seated into the hole in
the headlamp fairing.
Notes
To refit the left body panel, unfold the side stand and
insert it into the opening in the body panel.
Rear-view mirrors
Unscrew the retaining screw (6) of the rear-view mirror.
Release the retaining pins (7) from the clips secured to the
headlamp support (8). Slip off the rubber gaiter (9) and
disconnect the turn indicator connectors (10).
Repeat the process for the other rear-view mirror.
Important
On refitting, smear the threads of the screws (6) with
“medium-strength threadlocker”.
