Heated grips (if present)
This function allows the user to activate and set the
handgrip heating. It is only available if heated
handgrips are installed on the motorcycle.
To activate and adjust the level of the heated
handgrips, press  (1): the heated handgrips
icon is displayed in large mode (A). Each time the
 is pressed it cycles through the OFF, LOW,
MED, HIGH levels indicated by the arrows on the
symbol (in the example “LOW”).
To confirm the set level, simply do not press the
 (1) for 3 seconds: the heated handgrips icon is
then displayed in the small mode (B).
Note
If the level is set to OFF, the icon is not
displayed in small mode (B).
Note
The actual turning on (heating) of the heated
handgrips occurs only with engine  and when
a  number of engine rpm have been reached
and maintained: heating power is limited to 50% up
to 2,000 rpm.
The actual switching on (heating) of the heated
handgrips is indicated by the colour of the icon (B):
