Changing the Perforation Tool Depth
When you change the depth of perforations, loosen
the thumbscrew.
After adjustment is complete, tighten the
thumbscrew.
Tighten the 10 hexagon socket set screws loosened
in step 1.
Adjust the perforation toll depth by turning the
depth adjustment screws on the both sides of the
perforation unit.
Turn the screw clockwise: The upper tool raises.
Turn the screw counterclockwise: The upper tool
lowers.
Adjust the depth of the perforation tools on both
sides.
Perform a test run to check the depth of the upper
tools on the fi nished product.
