Processing Documents by Selecting a JOB
Basic Operations

Lift the exit tray.

Load the documents on the feed tray.
(→P.10 Loading Documents)
Press the TEST key to process a test run for one
sheet.
Confi rm whether the fi nished product is processed
as it is programmed. If not, make fi ne adjustment in
Function Setting.
Attach the back guide and the side guides.
(→P.11 Setting the Exit Tray)
If you already determine the number of document to be processed, use the NUMERIC keys
to enter the number of documents.
Adjust the feed guide according to the document size and secure it with the fi xing screw.
Set the back guide according to the document.

After the processing is complete, the standby screen appears.
Make sure that the LED on the START key is green,
and then press the START key.
If it is red, the DC-616 is having an error.
Follow the instruction displayed on the LCD panel.
