When Messages Appear
Message Status and Solution
J06- * CHECK CUTTER/CREASER/
SLOT1/2/3
Remove documents from Cutter/
Creaser/Slot1/2/3 section.
to clear
Status: A document jam has occurred in the cutter/
creaser/slot1/2/3 section.
Solution: Remove the jammed documents from the cutter/
creaser/slot1/2/3 and then press the STOP key.

J07- * CHECK EXIT TRAY
Remove documents from exit tray.

Status: A document jam has occurred in the exit section.
Solution: Remove the jammed documents from the exit
section and then press the STOP key.

Remove wastes from waste box
to clear
Status: The waste box has become full during processing
of documents.
Solution: Remove the accumulated waste from the waste
box and then press the STOP key.

CHUTE SECTION
Open the front door and remove the
documents from cut waste chute
section.

Solution: Remove the jammed documents from the cut

locked.
